Based upon typical village community houses scattered across SE Asia and the Pacific, this Communal building is detailed inside and out. Perfect for many skirmish battles in a World War II, Vietnam or modern setting and includes many play features.

This highly detailed building features exterior and interior engraving, removeable roof and optional removeable stilts. The model stands on stilts for tropical flash floods, with an etched wood roof. Additionally this kit includes scatter terrain in the form of crates and simple village fencing. The kit is simple and quick to build.

Unless otherwise noted, any models or accessories shown for scale purposes are not included.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Times & Procedure
As we produce all our products, we control our stock levels and are in control of production planning. This means that even if something is not in stock, we can make it quickly so you don't see any delay in your product shipping. 99% of standard orders are processed and shipped within our three business day target. However, at extremely busy times it may take up to 10 days for orders to ship.
