Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 3D-DZYN, 462 NW 4th Ave, Canby, Or 97013.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Processing Times & Procedure
As we produce all our products, we control our stock levels and are in control of production planning. This means that even if something is not in stock, we can make it quickly so you don't see any delay in your product shipping. 99% of standard orders are processed and shipped within our three business day target. However, at extremely busy times it may take up to 10 days for orders to ship.

Contact details - make sure your email address is correct and you include a contact phone number. The phone number is important as we need one if your order is being sent via courier, if you don't supply one then we need to contact you before we can ship your package, this is important if Paypal Express is your method of payment. Please add a phone number in the comments section if you have not entered one on the website.
